Wow, I haven't driven through Vegas for 3 years and that billboard was up back then. Still there, huh? Must be good advertising for those vasectomy people.
The best billboard in Vegas is for the Vasectomy Reversal, I don't remember what the slogan was though, but it made Jim and I laugh, I remember that!
