Birthday month

Happy 8th birthday Rebecca!

Alternate ways to extinguish stubborn candles

All she wanted for her birthday was a giant stuffed animal and to get her ears pierced--Here she  is in front of the TV with her new friend.

Rebecca was out of her mind excited to get her ears pierced--my girls have to wait until they are 8 years old. It is a highly anticipated event.

Nervous anticipation.
We got this on video--so funny! Rebecca got the first one pierced (seen here) and then looked at us with bewilderment--"That's it? Are you sure it is pierced? Check--I don't think it's pierced..."

Nathaniel turned 13 on November 2nd and got one present from his parents--an Ipod Nano
Pretty lucky kid if you ask me.
He was pretty excited and can now read lips as he never takes out the earphones.

I had to wait until I was 8 to get my ears pierced too. It made it special. Hannah didn't want her ears pierced (shocking I know), I did give her the option though. Hey, your blog is all weird when I view it. Maybe its my computer.

I totally forgot his birthday was on the 2nd! And that is all MAtt wants for Christmas!! I tell Elle she has to be 8, but once I was really desperate for her to stop sleeping in my bed and I said if she stopped for a month she could get her ears pierced, she's 6, and she made it but then got too scared to do it.She hasn't asked since!
